Total Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (7-10 business days).
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer support at Support@Wedgypillows.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I Return My Order?
If you would like to return your order, please email to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 15 days so please let us know within 15 days of receiving the item if you would like to return it.
My Item Arrived Damaged!
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, email us and provide:
– Your order number.
– A picture of the damaged product.
