1. Digital Products
Because test banks and study materials are delivered digitally, they cannot be physically returned. Purchases are generally final once the file or access link has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when:
- The purchased file is materially different from its product description.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Changing your mind after receiving or downloading the product.
- Purchasing the wrong title or edition when the listing was accurate.
- Device, software, or compatibility issues outside our control.
- Requests made after the product has been redistributed or shared.
4. Requesting Assistance
Contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We may first offer a corrected file or replacement.
5. Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
